Go soon, and bring your workgloves. (seriously. work gloves are a must.) The large hailstorm earlier this in the summer of 2011 caused major damage to the warehouse. Many of the skylights were broken, and a number of places the roof caved in. Although I'm not entirely clear on why, the proprietor was speaking about closing, and having to clear out the building. Some prices were high. Some were reasonable. I think it depends on what your goals for the stuff are. It is a place to haggle.
